Re-barreled by Boss in 1939, 28" choked Sk1/Sk2. 14 1/2" highly figured wood to a leather covered pad. In the 60's the action was re-case colored, forend wood replaced and the chambers opened up to 2 3/4" and subjected to reproof. Single Boss trigger, and 18 rose bouquets engraved by Sumner highlight this fine gun. 6lbs 9oz. In period leather case with makers label. This gun was a part of a garniture order delivered with gun #1 and #3 to Mr. Robert Clayton Swan on June 8th, 1905.
