Rifilng is absolutely stunning. 14 1/2" well figured wood to checkered horn butt plate. Screws are excellent and the wood to metal fit is breath taking. Action retains original patina and traces of case coloring. Engraving remains sharp throughout, hammers are tight even the checkering on the hammers remains sharp to the touch. Jones underlever is snug and tight and absolutely no hint of play in the action with the forend off. Hammer movement is sharp and crisp. This gun is in original condition and has not been messed with. This 9lb. Holland resides comfortably in a Holland and Holland double oak and leather two tiered carriage case.
